FREE GOVT JOB TRAINING, FOR 12TH PASS, MALE FEMALE. STIPEND Rs. 1000/-

Applications are invited by the Directorate General of Employment, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, for imparting free coaching to educated Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe job seekers in General English, General Awareness, Typing & Shorthand under the Special Coaching Scheme for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, for imparting 

one year 'O' level Computer Training and one year 'O' level Computer Hardware Maintenance Training through National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT). 

This Scheme will be operated at the National Career Service Centres (NCSCs) for SC/ST located at Bangalore,
Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Delhi, Guwahati, Hisar, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jammu, Jabalpur, Jalandhar, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kohima, Mandi, Chennai, Nagpur, Ranchi, Surat, Thiruvananthapuram and Itanagar. 

All Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes candidates registered with any Employment Exchange in the above said places are eligible to apply. Applicant should not be a student or employee and should not have undergone similar training sponsored either by the Central or any State Governments.

The other details of the scheme are given as under:

I. FREE AND STIPENDIARY COACHING FOR SCHEDULED CASTES AND SCHEDULED TRIBES
(i) Duration : 11 months
(ii) Stipend : Rs.1000/-per month per trainee. The selected
candidates should have an active bank account seeded with an Aadhar No. is preferable. The candidates need to be registered on NCS Portal (www.ncs.gov.in)
(iii) Books & Stationery : Books & Stationery worth Rs. 1000/- pur trainee will be supplied free of cost.
(iv) Course fee : FREE
(v) Date of commencement : The scheme is likely to be started from 1.7.2018
a) Minimum Educational Qualification:
10+2 or equivalent from a Recognized Board/University (with English as one of the compulsory subject).
b) Maximum age limit : 27 years

II. 'O' level one year Computer Training through NIELIT or its accredited instructions.

Eligibility: a) Minimum Educational Qualification
i. Minimum 10+2 or above only those SC/ST candidates who have not opted for computer as one of subjects either in 10+2 or at graduation level. If these are not available, the candidates who have computer science as one of the additional subjects at 10+2 level for which marks obtained in the examination are not counted towards calculating division/percentage of marks' of the candidates as well may also be admitted for computer training. In case adequate number of eligible SC/ST candidates are not available due to restriction in their Qualification, this may be relaxed by the competent authority by considering those SC/ST candidate who have minimum education qualification as 10+2 or opted for Computer as one of the subjects either in 10+2 or at graduation level.
ii. Candidates with graduation degree and English as one of the subjects will be preferred.
b. Age : 18-30 years
c. Family Income : Rs. 3.00 lakh per annum
d. Course fee : FREE
e. Date of commencement : The training is likely to be started from 1.7.2018
f. Stipend : Rs. 1000/- per month per trainee. The selected candidates should have an active bank account seeded with an Aadhar No. is preferable. The candidates need to be registered on NCS Portal
(www.ncs.gov.in)

III. 'O' level one year Computer Hardware Maintenance Training through NIELIT.
Eligibility:
a. Minimum Educational Qualification: 10 + 2 pass or ITI (one year after 10 pass), diploma, graduation, post-graduation or doctorate. However, the candidate should
make certain that he/she has sufficient prior knowledge to undertake this course.
b. Age : 18-30 years
c. Family Income : Rs. 3.00 lakh per annum
d. Course fee : FREE
e. Date of commencement : The training is likely to be started from 1.8.2018
f. Stipend : Rs. 1000/- per month per trainee. The selected candidates should have an active bank account and preferably with an Aadhar No. The candidates need to be registered on NCS Portal (www.ncs.gov.in).

HOW TO APPLY
Prescribed application form can be obtained personally from the Sub-Regional Employment Officer, National Career Service Centre for SC/STs at the above said places on any working day on the production of Employment Exchange Registration
Card together with original and attested copies of the educational and Caste Certificates. Applications should be submitted at least one month before the commencement of the coaching/training. Selection of the candidates will be made on
the basis of merit/tests and performance in the interview etc. Date and time of interview will be intimated to the candidate at the time of submission of application by the National Career Service Centre for SC/STs at the above said places on the
