Off-line forms can also be downloaded during the above duration. The last date for receipt of filled in Application forms through Postal Services (Offline) is 19.05.2017 (05:00 PM). However, submission of On-line Application Forms under the United Bank of India (UBI) Challan Payment Mode remains open till 24.05.2017 (05:00 PM) due to technical reasons.
