UDC Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination-2016
ADDENDUM
Candidates may refer to the notice issued for Upper Division Clerk Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2016.
The following addendum is made under heading ‘Instruction to candidates’:-
(i) The crucial date mentioned in Para No. 11(4)
(ii) under caption ‘Length of Service’ may be read as 01.08.2016 in place of 01.08.2015.
(ii) The following clause may be added immediately after Para No.11 (4)
(ii) in respect of Ministry of External Affairs (CPO) ending with ‘said grade’ and before ‘provided that’:- “Lower Division Clerks with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis and possessing a Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University or its equivalent are eligible for consideration”.
(iii) The following clause may be added in Para-11(4) (iii) under the caption ‘Age’ after the words Armed Force Clerical Service: “and LDCs belonging to Ministry of External Affairs (CPO)”
2. The closing date of receipt of application may be read as 7th November, 2016 instead of 31st October, 2016. 3. Other contents of the notice will remain unchanged.
